How To Book

  1. Select your trip: We feature 9 destinations in Europe, North Africa and Asia.
  2. Select your departure date: Most of our long weekends are available every weekend and have guaranteed departures. Departure dates can be viewed on the trip page.
  3. Book your trip: Select a departure date on the trip page and click “book now.” This will bring you to the online checkout process. If you already know your flight information, please include it here. If you haven’t purchased flights, you can fill it out later from your personal SnoworSand Account.
  4. Purchase your airfare: Book your flights to arrive as early as possible on the first day of your tour and depart as late as possible on the last day of your tour. See our Flight Recommendations for help finding a flight for your trip.
  5. We’ll be in touch: We’ll email your pre-departure materials at least 1 week before you depart. You can also access all your pre-departure materials from your personal SnoworSand account. Your pre-departure materials include your confirmation pass and trip notes. Please review your trip notes before you depart, since they contain lots of valuable info, including a detailed itinerary, weather info, a packing list and safety info.
